Pirates Ye Be Warned!

The Senate has passed the PIRATE radio act which increases the fine from $100,000 PER DAY to $1,000,000 PER DAY. The bill is now on the way to the President’s desk.

In addition this act streamlines the process for enforcement.

It seems like the FCC might be serious?
