If you are using ‘FAST Survey’ or ‘Carlson SurvCE’ on older Ashtech “Z” receivers (like the ZMax, ZXtreme) and seeing very slow averaging (Survey: Store: Average), you may have ‘Log OBDN Data’ checked:
If you are not using OBEN data, and very few people do, try un-checking “Log OBEN…” (as shown), it may speed up data collection substantially.
